As the name suggests, doming glue (or dome glue) is designed for curved surfaces, primarily used for:

• Christmas ornaments, globes, hairpin accessories, lighting fixtures, pendants, shoe decorations, bracelets, brooches, keychains, buttons, and metal crafts.
• Industrial Uses:
• Insulation and moisture-proof potting for electronic components.
• Confidential masking (e.g., covering sensitive circuitry).

• High surface viscosity with minimal self-leveling ability.
• Moderate defoaming properties (improves significantly with vacuum treatment).
2. Cure Performance

• Transparency: High optical clarity after curing.
• Hardness & Surface Quality: Forms a rigid, smooth, glossy surface with no bubbles; can be sanded or polished.
• Adhesion: Strong bonding to various materials (metal, plastic, glass, ceramics).

3. Durability

• Chemical resistance: Withstands solvents and daily wear.
• Impact resistance: Resists cracking from minor impacts.
• Yellowing resistance: Maintains clarity over time, even under UV exposure (critical for outdoor or decorative use).



Technical Notes

• Processing Tips:
• For bubble-free results, use vacuum degassing during mixing.
• Apply with a syringe or dropper for precision on curved surfaces.
• Curing Conditions:
• Most formulations cure at room temperature (24–48 hours) or can be accelerated with heat (e.g., 60–80°C for 2–4 hours).
• Material Compatibility: Bonds well with non-porous surfaces but may require priming for porous materials (e.g., wood, fabric).
