What is Fake Water Glue?
As the name suggests, "fake water glue" (also called simulated water glue) is a glue that looks like water but isn’t real water. It features good fluidity and defoaming performance; can cure at room temperature with a fast curing speed; and forms a transparent, smooth, glossy, bubble-free coating with strong adhesion after curing. The cured product offers excellent solvent resistance, toughness, and yellowing resistance. It is suitable for making real estate model simulated water, glass flower arrangement artworks, drop-glue goldfish paintings, and other products.
Application Scope of Fake Water Glue
Fake water glue is suitable for:
- Pouring into crafts, artificial flowers, plants, and glass flower arrangement artworks.
- Transparent hard pouring or encapsulation of other products.
Also known as simulated water glue, fake water glue is a two-component epoxy AB glue.
Key Characteristics
- Low viscosity, good flow leveling, and defoaming performance.
- High transparency, hardness, and smooth, glossy, bubble-free surface with strong adhesion after curing.
- The cured product has good solvent resistance, impact resistance, and yellowing resistance, making it versatile for low-to-moderate requirement products. It can be used in some low-end LED modules, solar panels, lighting fixtures, LED lamps, and other products (e.g., gemstone glue). Therefore, many AB glues like solar panel glue, LED module glue, flat glue, photo glue, and doming glue can also be used for resin drills.
