Standard Casting Process
🟢 Keep work area clean and dry, prepare all molds and materials before mixing.
🟢 Stir Part A thoroughly before use to ensure uniform consistency.
🟢 Measure Part A and Part B strictly at 1:1 volume ratio, stir slowly and evenly for 2-3 minutes.
🟢 Let mixture rest for a few minutes to release air bubbles naturally.
🟢 Pour slowly into mold or onto workpiece, wait for self-leveling.
🟢 Pop remaining surface bubbles with heat gun or toothpick if needed.
🟢 Keep clean environment during curing, wait for full cure before demolding. |
